Rich has his Ph.D. in business, his masters in Management and Supervision, and a Bachelors in Business Administration.  Rich has worked with a consumer enrichment company, The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Trilex Corporation, Nortwest Airlines, Inc., and Ford Motor Company.  He has also worked in the multiple dwelling business interacting with the department of H.U.D. and management.

The job titles include Customer Service, Tool and Die set-up. Store set-up and inventory,  material handling, transportation supervisor, program change coordinator, warrant and reliability, new parts development, supplier quality assurance, failure mode and effect analysis, chassis systems, electrical systems, seat systems, interior ornamentation, bumpers, Ford certified trainer, and more. 

 Rich has been involved with sports as a basketball official at the college and high school level, and a quarter finalist as an umpire with ASA.  He is now involved in his wife's racing as a team coordinator, marketing, and promoter.

Rich is involved in the successful debt removal with a public school district, Central Michigan University's President's club and alumni, as well as a reader and lector at wedding and Church services.

This is a small sketch into Rich's background which is rich in experience, creativity, and a will to find a solution.
